    本发明公开了一种高效降解甲醛的空调滤芯,包括壳体,所述壳体的内部设置有导流管,所述导流管内壁的底部固定连接有紫外线灯管,所述导流管的内表面设置有光触媒材料。本发明通过气流内部含带有有害物质被吸附材料内部的微孔结构吸附,减少有害物质的流动量,同时紫外线灯管散发紫外线光,在紫外线光的照射下,导流管内壁涂抹的光触媒材料发生光催化反应,产生出强氧化能力的空穴、羟基和超氧自由基等活性物质,可氧化分解甲醛,减少甲醛含量同时可以对细菌起到杀菌的效果,本发明能够改进现有空调滤芯的结构功能性,辅助灰尘进行过滤,当新车内部甲醛未完全挥发时,避免空调后形成的密闭环境会对驾驶者的身体安全造成伤害。
