The invention relates to an automobile air conditioner filter element, and the filter element is characterized in that the filter element is prepared by adopting the following process: (1) dissolving copper sulfate in a solvent of isopropanol and glycerol in a volume ratio of (3-4): 1, adding sodium hydroxide and sodium borohydride, carrying out ultrasonic full and uniform mixing, transferring the mixture into a hydrothermal kettle, and carrying out solvothermal reaction to obtain hollow nano Cu2O; (2) adding NH4VO3, Bi(NO3)3 and tannic acid into deionized water, carrying out uniform mixing, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain BiVO4 with hollow nano morphology; (3) performing ultrasonic dispersion on Cu2O and polyethylene glycol in the step (1) in N-N dimethylformamide, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to form a core layer spinning solution; (4) ultrasonically dispersing the BiVO4 and polyethylene glycol in the step (2) into N-N dimethylformamide, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to form a shell spinning solution; (5) performing coaxial electrostatic spinning on the core layer spinning solution and the shell layer spinning solution to obtain a fiber layer with a core-shell structure, and applying the fiber layer to the automobile air conditioner filter element.

    本申请涉及一种汽车空调滤芯,其特征在于,采用如下工艺制备:(1)将硫酸铜溶于体积比为(3‑4):1的异丙醇、丙三醇溶剂中,加入氢氧化钠和硼氢化钠,超声充分混合均匀后,转入水热釜中,溶剂热反应,得到中空纳米的Cu2O;(2)将NH4VO3与Bi(NO3)3、单宁酸加入去离子水,混合均匀后,水热反应,得到中空纳米形貌的BiVO4;(3)将步骤(1)中的Cu2O和聚乙二醇超声分散于N‑N二甲基甲酰胺,超声分散形成芯层纺丝液;(4)将步骤(2)中的BiVO4和聚乙二醇超声分散于N‑N二甲基甲酰胺,超声分散形成壳层纺丝液;(5)将芯层纺丝液和壳层纺丝液进行同轴静电纺丝,得到核壳结构的纤维层,将该纤维层应用于汽车空调滤芯。
