The invention discloses a complex water area ship collision risk assessment method based on AIS data, and relates to the technical field of ship collision risk analysis, and the method comprises the steps: collecting ship AIS data of a target area, and carrying out the preprocessing and data conversion of the AIS data; based on the processed data, the ships possibly having the collision risk are clustered, a ship set possibly having collision is output, and a target ship is determined; the nearest meeting time TCPA, the nearest meeting distance DCPA, the relative orientation and the ship domain overlapping degree of the ship and the target ship are calculated respectively, and ship environment safety state evaluation characteristic indexes are determined; and determining a ship collision risk level through the ship environment safety state evaluation characteristic indexes, and outputting corresponding early warning information to related ships. According to the method, the effectiveness of collision risk identification can be improved, and potential collision conflicts possibly generated by ships with similar navigation characteristics can be found as soon as possible.
本发明公开了一种基于AIS数据的复杂水域船舶碰撞风险评估方法,涉及船舶的碰撞风险分析技术领域,包括:采集目标区域的船舶AIS数据并对AIS数据进行预处理及数据转换;基于处理后的数据对可能存在碰撞风险的船舶进行聚类,输出可能发生碰撞的船舶集合,确定目标船舶;分别计算本船与目标船舶的最近会遇时间TCPA、最近会遇距离DCPA、相对方位和船舶领域重叠度,确定船舶环境安全状态评价特征指标;通过所述船舶环境安全状态评价特征指标,确定船舶碰撞风险等级,并向相关船舶输出对应预警信息。本发明可以提高碰撞风险识别的有效性,及早发现相似航行特征的船舶可能产生的潜在碰撞冲突。
