The invention provides a ship collision risk assessment method and system based on shipborne video data, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the actual navigational speed of a ship in real time through a ship speed meter, obtaining the shipborne video data in real time through a camera disposed on the ship, carrying out the framing processing of the shipborne video data, obtaining a plurality of maritime images, and carrying out the calculation of the shipborne video data. Extracting a center pixel coordinate of the ship from the maritime images by using an image target tracking algorithm, and performing target detection on the target ship in each maritime image by using a computer vision model based on the image target tracking algorithm to obtain coordinates, widths and heights of all target ship detection frames; the center pixel coordinate of each target ship is calculated, the distance between the target ship and the ship and the actual navigational speed of the target ship are calculated and processed by adopting a specific calculation method and a processing method, and finally a collision risk index is calculated to realize ship collision risk assessment. The ship collision risk assessment can be carried out under the condition that the AIS data is inaccurate or lost.

    本发明提供了一种基于船载视频数据的船舶碰撞风险评估方法及系统,先通过船速仪实时获取本船实际航速,再通过设置在本船上的摄像头实时获取船载视频数据,对船载视频数据进行分帧处理得到多个海事图像,并采用图像目标跟踪算法从海事图像中提取出本船的中心像素坐标,使用基于图像目标跟踪算法的计算机视觉模型对各个海事图像中的目标船舶进行目标检测,得到所有目标船舶检测框的坐标、宽度和高度,进而计算出各个目标船舶的中心像素坐标,再采用特定的计算方法和处理方法计算出目标船舶与本船之间的距离和目标船舶实际航速并进行处理,最后计算出碰撞风险指数以实现船舶碰撞风险评估,能够在AIS数据不准确或丢失的情况下进行船舶碰撞风险评估。
