The invention provides a turnout switch rail crack detection method and device based on nonlinear ultrasonic guided waves, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, generating a first target fundamental wave signal containing a first fundamental wave signal and a second fundamental wave signal, the two sine wave signals are continuously and simultaneously sent, and the sending duration is longer than the transmission delay of the fundamental wave signal between the two end points of the turnout switch rail; then, a signal generated by vibration of the turnout switch rail is received, a first relative nonlinear coefficient of the signal is calculated, and whether cracks exist in the switch rail or not is judged by comparing the first relative nonlinear coefficient with a preset damage threshold value; if the crack is detected, a second target fundamental wave signal is sent, the signal is composed of a third fundamental wave signal and a fourth fundamental wave signal, detailed detection of a specific detection area is achieved by adjusting the positions of the two signals in a mixed area of the switch rail, and then the specific position of the crack in the switch rail is determined based on a second relative nonlinear coefficient. According to the invention, long-distance flaw detection of turnout switch rail cracks can be realized, and identification and positioning of the cracks are realized.
