The invention relates to a flexible bionic sensor, a bionic whisker array unit and an underwater vehicle. The flexible bionic sensor comprises a flexible corrugated sleeve, a shell, at least four friction nanometer power generation units, a collision unit and a beard shaft. A sealing cavity is formed in the flexible corrugated sleeve, and one end of the sealing cavity is a deformable corrugated part; an opening is formed in one side of the shell, the shell is connected into the sealing cavity, and the opening faces the corrugated part; the friction nanometer power generation units are uniformly connected in the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the shell; the collision unit comprises an elastic body and a collision body. According to the underwater sensing unit, by simulating the structure of seal beards and integrating the triboelectric nano-generator in a contact separation mode, tiny flow field interference is converted into electric signals, so that various near-field information including flow velocity, attack angle and wake information of a three-dimensional flow field can be obtained at the same time, and meanwhile, the defects of an existing underwater sensing unit are overcome; the method has the advantages of short response time, high sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, no environmental limitation and the like.

    本发明涉及一种柔性仿生传感器、仿生晶须阵列单元及水下航行器。柔性仿生传感器包括柔性波纹套、外壳、至少四个摩擦纳米发电单元、碰撞单元和须轴;柔性波纹套的内部形成密封腔,其一端为可变形的波纹部;外壳的一侧开口,所述外壳连接在密封腔内,且开口朝向所述波纹部设置;摩擦纳米发电单元在所述外壳内壁周向均匀连接;碰撞单元包括弹性体和碰撞体。本发明通过模仿海豹须的结构,并集成接触分离模式的摩擦电纳米发电机,将微小的流场干扰转换为电信号,以此能够同时获取多种近场信息,包括三维流场的流速、迎角以及尾迹信息,同时本发明克服现有水下感知单元的缺点,具有响应时间短、灵敏度高、信噪比高、不受环境限制等优点。
