The invention discloses an offshore wind turbine integral transportation and installation device and method adopting translation installation, the offshore wind turbine integral transportation and installation device comprises a barge, a translation device, a wind turbine fixing device, a wind turbine generator and a wind turbine foundation, the translation device is installed on the barge, and the device is used for achieving translation of the wind turbine fixing device and a wind turbine in the direction perpendicular to the long axis of the barge. The fan fixing device comprises a counterweight detachable tower base and an embracing type fixing truss, and is used for lowering the overall gravity center of the fan and the tower and ensuring the stability of fan transportation. After the barge is in place, the device realizes the installation of the fan and the fan foundation through the translation device, does not need to be matched with other large-scale construction ships such as crane ships, breaks through the limitation of factors such as the length of supporting legs of a self-elevating fan installation ship, the hoisting height and the like, can greatly reduce the installation cost, and has important significance for promoting the development of deep and far sea wind power.

    本发明公开了一种采用平移安装的海上风机整体运输、安装装置及方法,包括驳船、平移装置、风机固定装置、风电机组、风机基础,所述平移装置安装于所述驳船上,为实现风机固定装置和风机垂直于驳船长轴方向平移的装置。风机固定装置包含配重可拆卸式塔架底座和抱合式固定桁架,用于实现风机、塔架整体重心的降低,并保证风机运输的稳定。驳船就位后,该装置通过平移装置实现风机与风机基础的安装,无需其它起重船等大型施工船的配合,且突破了自升式风机安装船支腿长度和起吊高度等因素的限制,可大大降低安装成本,并对推动深远海风电的发展具有重要的意义。
