The invention relates to an integral transportation and installation method of an offshore wind plant floating device, which comprises an upper component, a floating body, an anchor chain and an anchoring foundation part, wherein the floating body comprises a support component and a buoy which are connected with each other, and the upper component is fixedly connected to the upper part of the support component; the lower part of the buoy is connected with the anchor chain; the lower part of the anchor chain is connected with the anchoring basic part; a void capable of being filled with materials is arranged in the anchoring foundation part, and the upper portion of the anchoring foundation part is connected with an anchor chain. According to the invention, the transportation and installation processes are simplified, the offshore operation time is reduced, and the installation cost is reduced.
