The invention discloses an automatic steel cable winding and unwinding mechanism, and belongs to the technical field of hanging and lifting mechanisms and the like. The automatic steel cable winding and unwinding mechanism comprises a driving shaft, a horizontal winding shaft and a slipping clutch system; the driving shaft and the horizontal winding shaft are arranged in parallel, and the ends of the driving shaft and the horizontal winding shaft are jointly connected with a sliding block. A tensioning pulley and a pressing wheel are arranged in the sliding block. The slip clutch system can automatically disconnect a transmission line to play a role in protecting the product structure; the tensioning pulley and the pressing wheel are arranged to press the steel cable, so that static friction force exists between the steel cable and the tensioning pulley. When the tensioning pulley rotates clockwise, static friction force is changed into sliding friction force and is tension in the direction far away from the drum wheel, namely tension is generated on the steel cable, so that the steel cable is in a tensioning state when being wound in and out, and the steel cable can be easily wound out when being not loaded. The lifting mechanism solves the problem that a steel cable of an existing lifting mechanism cannot straighten the rolled-out steel cable and move downwards only by means of the self weight of a connector, and thus some use scenes cannot be met.

    本发明公开了一种钢索自主收放机构,属于吊挂、提升机构等技术领域,该钢索自主收放机构包括驱动轴、水平缠绕轴和打滑离合系统;驱动轴和水平缠绕轴平行设置且两者的端部共同连接有一个滑块,滑块内设置有张紧滑轮和压紧轮;打滑离合系统可以自动断开传动路线,起到保护产品结构的作用;通过设置张紧滑轮和压紧轮压紧钢索,使钢索和张紧滑轮之间存在静摩擦力。当张紧滑轮顺时针旋转时,静摩擦力将变为滑动摩擦力,且为远离鼓轮方向的拉力,即对钢索产生一个张力,使钢索在卷入卷出时都处于拉紧状态,确保钢索在不挂载荷时也可以轻松卷出。解决了现有提升机构存在钢索无法仅靠接口自重就能拉直卷出的钢索并向下运动而无法满足一些使用场景的问题。
