The invention relates to the technical field of elevator braking tests, in particular to a remote control elevator load braking test device and a using method thereof.The remote control elevator load braking test device comprises a vehicle body, a control mechanism is arranged in the vehicle body and comprises an electric telescopic rod parallel to the top of the vehicle body, and the control mechanism is fixedly connected with a material taking mechanism; the material taking mechanism comprises a fixing pipe, and an adjusting mechanism is arranged in the fixing pipe. The position of the material taking mechanism is changed through the control mechanism, weights on the other intelligent trolley are flexibly taken in cooperation with the adjusting mechanism, a U-shaped limiting groove enables a sliding column to horizontally rotate and vertically move under the condition that the moving direction of an electric telescopic rod is not changed, the adjusting mechanism is triggered in the downward moving process of the sliding column, and the weights on the other intelligent trolley are taken out. The sliding block and the first clamping groove are clamped or separated, the placing number of weights is selected according to the test requirement, the braking state of the elevator under the condition of different loads is tested, and different load tests can be conducted on the two elevators at the same time under the condition that the two intelligent trolleys load the weights.

    本发明涉及电梯制动试验技术领域,具体的说是一种远程遥控的电梯负载制动试验装置及其使用方法,包括车体,车体内设置有控制机构,控制机构包括与车体顶部平行设置的电动伸缩杆,控制机构固定连接有取料机构,取料机构包括固定管,固定管内设置有调节机构。通过控制机构改变取料机构的位置,配合调节机构灵活拿取另一辆智能小车上的砝码,U形限位槽可以在不改变电动伸缩杆移动方向的情况下使得滑动柱能够进行水平转动和垂直移动,在滑动柱下移的过程中触发调节机构,使得滑动块与第一卡槽卡合或分离,根据试验需求选择砝码的放置数量,测试电梯在负载不同的情况下的制动状态,在两辆智能小车均负载砝码的情况下可同时对两部电梯进行不同的负载试验。
