A control device of an ultra-light aircraft aileron comprises a steering column and a transverse sliding rod which are arranged in a cockpit, the steering column is connected with the transverse sliding rod through a steel wire rope and a fixed pulley, the steering column is pressed leftwards, the transverse sliding rod slides leftwards, the steering column is pressed rightwards, and the transverse sliding rod slides rightwards; transmission mechanisms are symmetrically connected to the two ends of the transverse sliding rod and used for driving the left aileron and the right aileron to deflect in the opposite directions. The transmission mechanism comprises a first connecting rod, a triangular hinging plate and a second connecting rod, the triangular hinging plate is hinged in the wing, the first connecting rod is hinged between the end part of the transverse sliding rod and the triangular hinging plate, the second connecting rod is hinged between the triangular hinging plate and a rib plate of the aileron, and the second connecting rod and the rib plate form a crank connecting rod mechanism. According to the aileron control device, a complex power-assisted oil cylinder and an electric control system are omitted, the aileron is controlled through the steel wire rope, the fixed pulley and the transmission mechanism, and the aileron control device has the advantages of being light in weight, simple in structure and the like and meets the design requirements of ultra-light aircrafts.

    一种超轻型飞机副翼的操纵装置,包括设置在驾驶舱内的驾驶杆和横向滑杆,驾驶杆通过钢丝绳和定滑轮与横向滑杆连接,左压驾驶杆,横向滑杆向左滑移,右压驾驶杆,横向滑杆向右滑移;在横向滑杆的两端对称地连接有传动机构,传动机构用于驱动左右副翼向相反的方向偏转。传动机构包括第一连杆、三角铰接板和第二连杆,其中,三角铰接板铰接在机翼内,第一连杆铰接在横向滑杆的端部与三角铰接板之间,第二连杆铰接在三角铰接板与副翼的肋板之间,且与肋板构成曲柄连杆机构。本副翼操纵装置舍去了复杂的助力油缸和电控系统,采用钢丝绳、定滑轮和传动机构实现了对副翼的操纵,具有重量轻、结构简单等优点,符合超轻型飞机的设计要求。
