And after the screw shaft is pulled out, the screw shaft is lifted, the front lifting point is moved to the first fifth eye plate, the rear lifting point is moved to the second fifth eye plate, then the lifting point of the front shaft tunnel crane is moved to the third fifth eye plate, the two lifting points are moved in sequence, and the last fifth eye plate is moved step by step until the screw shaft goes out of the cabin. According to the invention, a segmented and layered shaft drawing concept is creatively provided, so that the difficulty in drawing out the tail shaft of a short shafting ship equipped with an axle generator is greatly reduced, the adverse effect of the equipped axle generator on the maintenance of the ship is eliminated, and meanwhile, the maintenance work of the axle generator in a narrow cabin space is solved.
一种配备轴带机短轴系船舶的艉轴出舱方法,将轴系划分成三段,分别划分为艉轴、第一中间轴和第二中间轴,轴带发电机固定在第一中间轴上,将第二中间轴卸下放置在机舱底部右舷侧,将第一中间轴和轴带发电机卸下吊运至机舱顶部左舷侧。抽出艉轴后,吊起艉轴,将前部吊点移到第一个第五眼板上,将后部吊点移到第二个第五眼板上,再将前部轴隧行车的吊点移到第三个第五眼板上,依次挪动两个吊点,逐步移动到最后一个第五眼板,直至出舱。本发明创造性的提出了分段分层的抽轴理念,极大的降低了配备轴带机短轴系船舶的艉轴抽出难度,消除了配备轴带发电机对船舶维护保养的不利影响,同时解决了狭窄机舱空间内轴带发电机的养护工作。
