The invention provides a segmented preassembling precision management method based on pipe fitting-out precision control. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting a design theory reference into an engineering reference to unify a fitting-out reference; the precision priority of pipe fitting-out is determined, and the tolerance of pipe fitting-out is adjusted; the fitting-out sequence of the pipes is defined, and the sections are installed from the exterior to the interior with the folded pipes as the benchmark; and measuring the mounting precision of the closure pipe based on the engineering benchmark so as to perform precision control on the position of the closure pipe. By means of the method, the segmented preassembling precision management process can be established, timely discovery, timely analysis, timely summarization, timely feedback and timely change are achieved, and various cost losses caused by precision errors of pipe outfitting are avoided.
本发明提供一种基于管舾装精度管控的分段预装精度管理方法,所述方法包括:将设计理论基准调整为工程基准以统一舾装基准;确定管舾装的精度优先级并调配管舾装的公差;明确管的舾装顺序,以合拢管为基准由分段的外部向内部安装;基于工程基准测量合拢管的安装精度以对合拢管的位置进行精度管控。通过上述方法可以建立分段预装精度管理流程,做到及时发现、及时分析、及时总结、及时反馈、及时更改,避免管舾因精度误差造成的各类成本损失。
