The invention discloses a precision control method for segmented stage preassembling of an LNG rudder sleeve structure. The precision control method comprises the following steps that a steering engine segment, a rudder horn segment and a rudder sleeve structure are built respectively; preparation work before hoisting; the rudder horn section is hoisted on the steering engine section, so that the bow of the rudder horn section is in direct contact with the steering engine section, the stern of the rudder horn section is jacked up by an oil pump, two broadsides of the rudder horn section are supported by inclined struts, and the distance between the center line of a rudder stock of the rudder horn section and a zero rib inspection line on a third deck of the steering engine section is 6-8 mm; and the rudder sleeve structure is hoisted on the steering engine section, so that the 0 # rib detection line of the rudder sleeve is aligned with the 0 # rib detection line on the third deck of the steering engine section. After the method is adopted, the installation of the rudder sleeve is shifted from the total assembly stage to the segmentation stage, high-precision control installation can be achieved in the segmentation manufacturing stage, the influence of adjustment in the total assembly stage on the whole production period is reduced, the labor hour consumption is reduced, and the whole construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种LNG船舵套筒结构分段阶段预装的精度控制方法,包括以下步骤:分别建造舵机分段、挂舵臂分段和舵套筒结构;吊装前准备工作;将挂舵臂分段吊装在舵机分段上,使其艏部直接与舵机分段相接触、艉部用油泵顶起、两舷侧通过斜撑进行支撑,并使其舵杆中心线与舵机分段三甲板上的0号肋检线距离6‑8mm;将舵套筒结构吊装在舵机分段上,使其舵套筒的0号肋检线与舵机分段三甲板上的0号肋检线相对准。采用本发明的方法后,舵套筒的安装从总组阶段前移到了分段阶段,在分段制作阶段就能实现高精度的控制安装,减少总组阶段的调整对整个生产周期的影响,减少了工时消耗,缩减了整个施工周期。
