By arranging the anti-fatigue assembly, the driving motor can randomly drive all anti-fatigue rolling wheels to rotate, the anti-fatigue rolling wheels and rolling protruding blocks stimulate the hands of a driver, the driver is reminded, the anti-fatigue effect is achieved, meanwhile, starting of the driving motor is gradually accelerated from low-speed rotation, a transition process exists, and the driving motor is more stable. The anti-fatigue roller is enabled to stimulate a driver step by step, so that sudden scare on the driver is weakened, and driving safety is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于触觉反馈的防疲劳智能方向盘,涉及方向盘技术领域。本发明包括方向盘轮辐和方向盘轮圈,所述方向盘轮圈固定套接在所述方向盘轮辐上,所述方向盘轮圈的内部开设有与所述方向盘轮圈同轴线的运作槽,所述运作槽的内部转动安装有主转环,所述主转环的内圈侧壁上固定安装有多个沿所述方向盘轮圈的轴线均匀分布的传动啮合齿。本发明通过设置抗疲劳组件,使得驱动电机会随机驱动各个抗疲劳滚轮旋转,使抗疲劳滚轮和滚压凸块对驾驶员的手部进行刺激,对驾驶员进行提醒,起到抗疲劳的作用,同时,驱动电机启动由慢速旋转逐渐加快,存在过渡的过程,使抗疲劳滚轮对驾驶员的刺激循序渐进,从而减弱对驾驶员的突然惊吓,保障驾驶安全。
