The invention provides a steering wheel key device based on tactile feedback and a tactile feedback method. The device at least comprises a capacitive touch key module, a pressure sensing module, a tactile feedback execution module, a touch processing module and a piezoelectric driving module, the capacitive touch key module is used for collecting a capacitance value corresponding to a touch operation; the pressure sensing module is used for acquiring a pressure value corresponding to a touch operation; the touch control processing module is used for converting the capacitance value and the pressure value into a touch control instruction; the piezoelectric driving module is used for converting a touch instruction into a touch electric signal and outputting the touch electric signal to the tactile feedback execution module; and the tactile feedback execution module responds to the touch electric signal and executes vibration feedback and sound feedback work. Vibration and sound feedback is given to a user in time when the key selection function is touched, feedback is given to the user in touch sense and hearing sense at the same time, better driving experience is brought, mistaken touch can be prevented, and driving safety is guaranteed to a certain degree.

    本申请提供一种基于触觉反馈的方向盘按键装置及触觉反馈方法;至少包括电容触控按键模块、压力感应模块、触觉反馈执行模块、触控处理模块和压电驱动模块;所述电容触控按键模块用于采集触控操作对应的电容值;所述压力感应模块用于获取触控操作对应的压力值;触控处理模块用于将电容值和压力值转换为触控指令;所述压电驱动模块用于将触控指令转换为触控电信号,并将触控电信号输出至触觉反馈执行模块;所述触觉反馈执行模块响应于触控电信号,执行振动反馈和声音反馈工作。本申请通过触摸按键选择功能时及时给用户振动和声音反馈,实现了触觉和听觉上同时给用户反馈,带来了更好的驾乘体验,并且可以防止误触,在一定程度上保证了驾驶安全。
