The invention discloses a decoupling type electronic braking system based on redundant braking. The decoupling type electronic braking system comprises a pedal integration unit; the pedal integration unit sends a control signal to the brake pressure building unit, pressure building, pressure maintaining and pressure reducing control is conducted on at least two wheels of an automobile through the brake pressure building unit, and the wheels comprise two front wheels and two rear wheels; the backup unit is used for monitoring a hydraulic pressure signal generated by the brake pressure building unit in the control process, assisting hydraulic pressure control and carrying out backup pressure building on front wheels of the automobile; the backup unit further comprises two pile-up valves and two plunger pumps, and the plunger pumps are connected with a backup voltage buildup motor. According to the system, in the working condition of long-time working of a low-attached ABS and the like, when the plunger liquid amount of the active pressure building assembly is consumed to be lower than a certain threshold value, and the plunger needs to rapidly return and supplement liquid, the system can be achieved only by closing the pressure increasing valve, and the active pressure building assembly does not need to act any more.

    本发明公开了一种基于冗余制动的解耦式电子制动系统,包括:踏板集成单元;所述踏板集成单元发送控制信号给制动建压单元,通过所述制动建压单元对汽车的至少两个车轮进行建压、保压、减压控制,所述车轮包括两个前轮和两个后轮;备份单元,对所述制动建压单元在进行控制过程中产生的液压力信号进行监测,辅助进行液压力控制和对汽车的前轮进行备份建压;所述备份单元还包括两个集成阀和两个柱塞泵,所述柱塞泵与备份建压电机连接。该系统在低附ABS等长时间工作的工况中,当主动建压组件的柱塞液量被消耗低于一定阈值,需要柱塞快速回位补液时,可以仅依靠关闭增压阀实现,而不再需要主动建压组件动作来实现。
