The second electrode plate and the first electrode plate are obliquely arranged relative to the moving direction of the to-be-charged equipment, the second electrode plate moving in the first direction and the first electrode plate can be gradually close to each other and attached to each other, and the charging brush block assembly can cross the charging brush plate assembly to reach the side, close to the layer changing elevator, of the charging brush plate assembly. The two electrode plates of the charging assembly are in inclined contact and fit, so that sliding friction between the two electrode plates is greatly reduced, and the degree of damage caused by friction is reduced. Moreover, the arrangement of the charging assembly does not affect the to-be-charged equipment to cross the charging position to carry out layer changing operation.
