The invention relates to the technical field of shuttle vehicle charging, and particularly discloses wireless charging equipment for detecting falling of a shuttle vehicle, the wireless charging equipment comprises a base, supporting frames are fixedly mounted at four corners of the top of the base, a top plate is fixedly mounted at the tops of the supporting frames, and a pushing mechanism is fixedly mounted at the front end of the top of the top plate; after a shuttle vehicle for charging is arranged in one bearing frame, a pressure sensor detects pressure, a control module starts a conveying track to operate, a rotating shaft can be adjusted and driven to move through rotation of the conveying track, and then the other charging mechanism can be moved to the position below the front face of a vertical plate and detected through a detection camera; and when the other group of charging mechanism is butted with the concave seat, the other group of charging mechanism can be used for charging, so that the equipment can be used for continuously charging multiple groups of shuttle vehicles in the use process, the internal area of a warehouse can be saved, meanwhile, the cost required by charging can be saved, large-scale shuttle vehicle charging application can be conveniently adapted, and the overall use cost is relatively low.

    本发明涉及穿梭车充电技术领域,具体公开了一种检验穿梭车掉落的无线充电设备,包括底座,所述底座的顶部四拐角处均固定安装有支撑架,所述支撑架的顶部固定安装有顶板,所述顶板的顶部前端固定安装有推送机构;在一个承接框内部具有充电的穿梭车后,压力传感器检测压力,控制模块启动传送履带运行,通过传送履带转动便可调节带动转轴移动,即可将另一组充电机构移动到竖板的正面下方,通过检测相机进行检测,当另一组充电机构和凹形座对接完毕后即可在此投入充电使用,使得设备在使用过程中可进行连续化多组穿梭车充电,能够节省仓库内部的面积,同时也能够节省充电所需的成本,便于适配大规模穿梭车充电应用,整体使用成本较低。
