The invention belongs to the field of electric vehicle charging, and particularly relates to an electric vehicle comprehensive charging system which comprises the steps that a terminal device is used for scanning a two-dimensional code on a charging pile to open the charging pile; the charging pile outputs a low-voltage auxiliary power supply to the charging port; a charging port and a vehicle charging control device are powered on to operate, and a charging handshake stage is started; the intelligent electric meter is in wireless communication with the charging port to obtain vehicle identity information and uploads the obtained vehicle identity information to the management platform; the management platform identifies and authenticates the identity of the electric vehicle; the management platform sends identification and authentication results to the intelligent electric meter; the intelligent electric meter controls the charging pile to charge the electric vehicle; after charging is finished, the intelligent electric meter uploads charging data to the management platform, and the management platform completes billing. According to the invention, the charging process can be well controlled for electric vehicles with conduction charging, wireless charging and battery replacement, and additional tax collection in the charging management and control process is facilitated.

    本发明属于电动汽车充电领域,具体涉及一种电动汽车综合充电系统,包括步骤:使用终端设备扫描充电桩上二维码开启充电桩;充电桩向充电端口输出低压辅助电源;充电端口和车辆充电控制装置得电运行,进入充电握手阶段;智能电表与充电端口无线通信获取车辆身份信息,并将获取到的车辆身份信息上传到管理平台;管理平台对电动汽车身份进行识别和鉴权;管理平台将识别和鉴权结果发送给智能电表;智能电表控制充电桩给电动汽车充电;充电结束后,智能电表将充电数据上传到管理平台,管理平台完成计费。本发明针对于传导充电、无线充电以及更换电池的电动汽车都能很好的控制充电过程,便于在管控充电过程中征收附加税。
