Specifically, a target operation mode of the locomotive is determined according to the residual electric quantity of a control storage battery, a target electronic circuit breaker corresponding to the target operation mode is controlled to be switched on to control the storage battery to output electric energy to a corresponding target load, and other electronic circuit breakers are controlled to be switched off to control the storage battery to output electric energy to the corresponding load. Therefore, the locomotive is controlled to operate in the target operation mode, fine control over the load of the whole locomotive is achieved, energy consumption during operation of the locomotive is saved, and the operation time of the locomotive is prolonged.
