The invention discloses a curved surface self-adaptive magnetic wheel assembly and a wall-climbing robot. Comprising a rotation driving assembly, a first rotating assembly connected with the output end of the rotation driving assembly and used for rotating and walking along the wall face, a universal joint with the first end connected with the first rotating assembly, and a second rotating assembly connected with the second end of the universal joint, used for being attached to the wall face in a magnetic attraction mode and rotating and walking along the wall face. The limiting assemblies are fixedly connected with the rotation driving assembly and arranged at the two opposite ends of the second rotating assembly in the radial direction correspondingly, and the limiting assemblies are used for limiting the radial swing direction of the second rotating assembly relative to the first rotating assembly, so that the second rotating assembly only swings towards the wall face in the radial direction relative to the first rotating assembly. The wall-climbing robot adopting the curved surface self-adaption magnetic wheel assembly can be completely attached to various complex wall surfaces in a self-adaption mode without adopting a complex and large-size suspension structure, the flexibility and reliability of the wall-climbing robot are greatly improved, practicability is high, and the curved surface self-adaption magnetic wheel assembly is suitable for wide application and popularization.

    本发明公开了一种曲面自适应磁轮组件及爬壁机器人,包括驱转组件、与驱转组件的输出端连接的用于沿壁面转动行走的第一转动组件、第一端与第一转动组件连接的万向节、与万向节的第二端连接的用于磁吸贴附于壁面上并沿壁面转动行走的第二转动组件,以及与驱转组件固定连接并分别布设于第二转动组件的径向方向的相对两端上的限位组件,限位组件用于对第二转动组件相对于第一转动组件的径向摆动方向进行限位,以使第二转动组件仅相对于第一转动组件朝向壁面径向摆动,采用该曲面自适应磁轮组件的爬壁机器人无需再采用复杂且尺寸大的悬架结构,即可自适应完全贴合各类复杂壁面,大大提高了爬壁机器人的灵活性和可靠性,实用性强,适于广泛推广和应用。
