The feed structure is arranged on one side of the hub end cover in the axial direction, electrically connected with the hub end cover and used for generating induction current on the hub end cover so that the hub end cover can emit electromagnetic waves. The design method of the wheel comprises the steps that the target distribution condition of induction current on a hub end cover is obtained; according to the target distribution condition, the hub end cover is divided into a first current distribution area and a second current distribution area, and the current intensity of the first current distribution area is larger than that of the second current distribution area; and a first noise reduction hole is formed in the second current distribution area. The method is used for transmitting data.
