According to the motor power assembly water cooling structure and the cooling method, a traditional external condenser and a machine shell are integrated, pipeline connection is reduced, and safety and reliability are improved. Water flow partition is adopted in the condenser, so that backflow liquid can be effectively and fully contacted with the condenser, and heat is dissipated. The contact area between the inner rib plates and cooling liquid is increased, and the inner rib plates are combined with an existing heat insulation structure, so that the water hammer effect of the liquid in the condenser can be reduced, and abnormal sound of the liquid is reduced. The wind collision direction of the external heat dissipation ribs is consistent with that of the whole vehicle during riding, the air circulation speed of the heat dissipation ribs is increased, the heat dissipation fan is clamped, and the rear cover with the heat dissipation fan is used as another condenser, so that heat brought by the controller and the motor can be quickly dissipated, and the heat dissipation effect is optimized.

    本发明涉及电机动力总成水冷结构及冷却方法,将传统的外接冷凝器和机壳集成在一体,减少管路连接,提高安全可靠性。冷凝器内部采用水流隔断,可以有效使回流液体能够充分的和冷凝器接触,散出热量。内部筋板增大与冷却液的接触面积,和已有的隔热结构组合,可以减小液体在冷凝器中的水锤效应,降低液体异响。外部散热筋和整车骑行时撞风方向一致,提高了散热筋空气流通速度,加上散热风扇的加持,带有散热风扇的后盖作为另一个冷凝器使用,可以快速散出控制器和电机带来热量,优化散热效果。
