The invention relates to a battery pack assembly, a rail vehicle body, a battery ejection system and a rail vehicle, the battery pack assembly is suitable for being mounted on the rail vehicle and comprises at least one battery pack, each battery pack comprises a pack body, a battery module and a tray, a mounting part is arranged outside the pack body, a battery containing cavity with a lower opening is formed inside the pack body, and the battery module is arranged in the battery containing cavity. The battery module is arranged on the tray, the tray is connected to a lower opening of the bag body through an ejection connecting mechanism, the ejection connecting mechanism has a connecting state and an ejection state, the tray and the bag body are connected together through the ejection connecting mechanism in the connecting state, and the ejection connecting mechanism is connected with the battery module through the ejection connecting mechanism in the ejection state. The ejection connecting mechanism enables the tray to be separated from the bag body, so that the tray and the battery module can be downwards separated from the bag body through self gravity. The battery pack assembly is simple in structure, low in cost and high in safety performance.
