The invention discloses a signalized intersection congestion dissipation control system based on bayonet vehicle passing data fusion, and belongs to the field of urban intelligent traffic. The system comprises an operation evaluation module, a control state decision module, a congestion evacuation scheme generation module and a scheme issuing decision module. The running state of an intersection is researched and judged in real time through fusion of electronic police vehicle passing data and a holographic road network, and a congestion dissipation scheme can be generated in real time when congestion is found. On one hand, the problem that a traditional induction coil is insufficient in precision is solved, on the other hand, the repeated construction cost of front-end sensing equipment is greatly reduced, and regional/global intersection access is achieved. The system has the technical effects of old utilization of existing equipment, high control precision, high intelligence, no manual participation and the like, and can greatly improve the alarm handling efficiency of the traffic control department.

    本发明公开了一种基于卡口过车数据融合的信号交叉口拥堵消散控制系统,属于城市智能交通领域。该系统包括运行评价模块、控制状态决策模块、拥堵疏散方案生成模块和方案下发决策模块。通过电子警察过车数据与全息路网相融合,实时研判路口运行状态,当发现拥堵时能实时生成拥堵消散方案。本发明一方面解决了传统感应线圈精度不足的问题,另一方面极大减少了前端感知设备重复建设费用,实现了区域/全域路口接入。具有现有设备利旧、控制精度高、高度智能化无需人工参与等技术效果,能极大提高交管部门警情处理效率。
