The invention relates to an urban low-altitude airway safety assessment method and system considering biological activities, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a spatial three-dimensional grid based on a two-dimensional basic grid of ground space division, and constructing an index structure; calculating feature information of the organisms appearing in each three-dimensional grid in the low-altitude airspace in different scenes according to the space-time trajectory information of the activities of the organisms in the low-altitude airspace; acquiring an air route of the aircraft in the low-altitude airspace, and calculating relative feature information between the organisms and the aircraft in the three-dimensional grid; performing quantitative analysis and calculation on the risk of collision in the three-dimensional grid on the air route to obtain risk index information of the air route; and determining a safety risk assessment result of the low-altitude air route. According to the method, comprehensive, fine, dynamic and systematic safety risk quantitative evaluation is carried out on the urban low-altitude air route, the safety influence of biological activities in different periods on the urban low-altitude air route can be quantified, and the method can be used for low-altitude infrastructure site selection, low-altitude air route planning and the like.

    本发明涉及一种考虑生物活动的城市低空航路安全评估方法及系统,包括基于地面空间划分的二维基础格网构建空间三维格网,并构建索引结构;根据生物在低空空域内活动的时空轨迹信息计算不同场景下低空空域内生物出现在各三维格网内的特征信息;获取飞行器在低空空域空间内的航路航线,并计算三维格网内生物与飞行器之间的相对特征信息;对航路航线上三维格网内发生碰撞的风险进行量化分析和计算,得到航路航线的风险指数信息;确定低空航线航路的安全风险评估结果。本发明对城市低空航路航线进行的全面、精细、动态、系统地安全风险进行量化评估,能够量化不同时期生物活动对城市低空航线航路的安全影响,可用于低空基础设施选址,低空航线规划等。
