The invention relates to the technical field of guide rail measurement, and discloses a guide rail guidance stroke measurement device and method based on a machine vision technology, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a multispectral surface image of an elevator guide rail, carrying out the adaptive illumination compensation according to the image, extracting the texture features, edge features and corner features of the image, and calculating the guide rail guidance stroke. Combining the cross section shape data and the surface depth data to construct an elevator guide rail image enhancement model, and generating an enhanced guide rail image; obtaining a feature point set based on the enhanced image and data, fitting a two-dimensional profile curve of the guide rail, and calculating the length of the two-dimensional profile curve; according to the method, through the compensation and enhancement processing of the multispectral image, the measurement precision and reliability of the guide rail stroke are improved; the device further comprises an image acquisition module, an illumination compensation module, an image enhancement module and a guide rail length calculation module, and automatic operation from image acquisition and processing to length calculation is achieved. The method is suitable for accurate measurement of the elevator guide rail, and the measurement efficiency and accuracy are improved.

    本发明涉及导轨测量技术领域,公开了基于机器视觉技术的导轨制导行程测量装置及方法,包括获取电梯导轨的多光谱表面图像,并根据这些图像进行自适应光照补偿,提取图像的纹理特征、边缘特征和角点特征,结合横截面形状数据和表面深度数据,构建电梯导轨图像增强模型,生成增强后的导轨图像;基于增强后的图像和数据,得到特征点集合,拟合出导轨的二维轮廓曲线,并计算其长度;该方法通过多光谱图像的补偿和增强处理,提高了对导轨行程的测量精度和可靠性;装置还包括图像获取模块、光照补偿模块、图像增强模块和导轨长度计算模块,实现了从图像采集、处理到长度计算的自动化操作;本发明适用于电梯导轨的精确测量,提高了测量效率和准确性。
