PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail measuring device that measures installation accuracy of a guide rail of an elevator attached on an upper part of a car to enhance measurement accuracy of the measuring device.SOLUTION: A measuring jig is attached on an upper part of a car, the measuring jig having a column part to which three distance sensors 101, 102, 103 which measure distances to a guide rail in a longitudinal direction and a perpendicular direction of the guide rail are attached. Then, after noise is removed from data 101a, 102a, 103a obtained from the distance sensors 101, 102, 103 by a low path filter 104, a natural frequency component of the measuring jig is removed or reduced by a notch filter 105, and further, displacement of the guide rail is measured by a calculation unit 106 using the mid-chord offset method. Thereby, since the natural frequency component of the measuring jig is removed or reduced, measurement accuracy of the measuring device improves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 エレベータのガイドレールの据付精度を計測する装置をかごの上部に取り付けるものにおいて、計測装置の計測精度を高めること。【解決手段】 ガイドレールの長手方向と直角方向におけるガイドレールとの距離を計測する3個の距離センサ101,102.103が取り付けられた柱状部を有する計測治具を、かごの上部に取り付ける。そして、前記距離センサ101,102.103から得られたデータ101a,102a,103aから、ローパスフィルタ104によってノイズを除去した後、ノッチフィルタ105で計測治具の固有振動数成分を除去又は低減し、更に弦正矢法による計算部106でガイドレールの変位を計測する。これにより、計測治具の固有振動数成分が除去又は低減されるため、計測装置の計測精度が向上する。【選択図】 図1
