The three-section type paddle is arranged, the eccentric bearing and the front edge and the rear edge of the paddle are connected through the control pull rod, dynamic adjustment of the paddle camber in the circular motion process of the paddle is achieved, the virtual camber influence is eliminated, and the propelling efficiency is improved.
本发明提出一种变弯度叶片摆线桨,包括主轴、若干桨叶和偏心轴承,桨叶在叶片弦长方向,依次由前缘段、主体段和后缘段组成;其中前缘段与主体段、主体段与后缘段均铰接配合,通过前缘段以及后缘段绕铰链轴转动,实现桨叶弯度改变;当主轴通过叶片支架带动主体段转动时,桨叶整体随主轴转动,前缘段和后缘段通过控制拉杆带动轴承外圈绕轴承内圈转动;通过偏心轴承与主轴的偏心设置,轴承外圈在转动过程中通过控制拉杆带动前缘段以及后缘段绕铰链轴转动,实现桨叶弯度改变。本发明通过设置三段式桨叶,并通过控制拉杆连接偏心轴承与桨叶前后缘,实现了桨叶在圆周运动过程中,桨叶弯度的动态调整,消除虚拟弯度影响,提升了推进效率。
