The paddle wheel propeller comprises a fixing plate and a plurality of paddle boards which are evenly arranged on the periphery of the fixing plate in the circumferential direction, and each paddle board is of a wavy structure formed by bending and connecting at least two blades. By the adoption of the design of the web plate of the wave-shaped structure, the resistance of the web plate entering water can be effectively reduced, and the propelling efficiency is improved. At least two blades are connected in a bent mode, water flow forms a wave shape between the blades, and therefore the resistance of the water flow is reduced. In addition, by means of the structure, the stability of the paddle board can be improved, and the paddle board can move more stably in water. Therefore, the paddle wheel propeller can better control the movement direction of the paddle board when driving the paddle board, so that the overall control performance is improved.
