The method comprises the steps that working condition parameters of working conditions where a vehicle is located are obtained one by one, and the working condition parameters are associated with motion state parameters, power system working parameters and environment parameters of the vehicle in a stable acceleration state; all the working condition parameters are traversed until it is judged that all the working condition parameters meet the preset effective condition range, and a total updating condition is determined; when the updating condition is satisfied, determining an original vehicle weight value based on a preset vehicle dynamics model; and accumulating the original vehicle weight values, determining an average vehicle weight value based on the accumulation times, and configuring the average vehicle weight value as a final vehicle weight value.
