The invention discloses a rail vehicle braking force control method, a vehicle control management system and a rail vehicle. The rail vehicle braking force control method comprises the steps that an electric braking execution value and an electric braking capacity value sent by each normal traction control unit are received; calculating a total electric braking execution value and a total electric braking capability value of the whole vehicle; when the total electric braking execution value is smaller than the total braking demand value, the residual braking demand value of the whole vehicle is calculated; when the total electric braking capacity value is not smaller than the total braking demand value, the remaining braking demand value is distributed to all the first type of normal traction control units according to a preset rule so as to supplement the braking demand; wherein the electric braking capacity value of the first type of normal traction control unit is greater than the electric braking execution value. The braking force of the whole vehicle can be distributed and utilized more reasonably, and it is guaranteed that the electric braking force is fully and reasonably utilized.

    一种轨道车辆制动力的控制方法、车辆控制管理系统和轨道车辆,轨道车辆制动力的控制方法包括:接收每个正常牵引控制单元发送的电制动执行值和电制动能力值;计算整车的总电制动执行值和总电制动能力值;在总电制动执行值小于总制动需求值时,计算整车的剩余制动需求值;在总电制动能力值不小于总制动需求值时,按照预定规则将剩余制动需求值分配给所有的第一类正常牵引控制单元以补充制动需求;其中,第一类正常牵引控制单元的电制动能力值大于电制动执行值。能够更合理的分配和利用整车制动力,保证电制动力得到充分合理的利用。
