Specifically, the train working condition control device comprises a battery module which comprises a storage battery and a first contactor, and the storage battery is configured to supply power to a train starting load and a train permanent load through the first contactor; the capacitor module comprises a super capacitor, a second contactor, a third contactor and a secondary power supply circuit, and the super capacitor is configured to carry out high-voltage power supply on a train running load through the second contactor or is configured to carry out low-voltage power supply on a train permanent load through the secondary power supply circuit and the third contactor; and the control module is configured to respond to a control instruction to sequentially control the on-off states of the first contactor, the second contactor and the third contactor under the condition of determining that the train meets the working condition switching condition so as to control the train to be switched between the sleep working condition and the wake-up working condition.
