The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle control, and particularly relates to a full electric vehicle long slope descending constant-speed control method and system based on a vehicle control unit, and the method comprises the steps: when a vehicle activates a long slope descending constant-speed function, carrying out the real-time calculation of a reference braking force needed by the target vehicle speed of the constant-speed function; performing PID control by taking the reference braking force as feedforward input to obtain corrected target braking force; whether the target braking force is smaller than or equal to the current real-time maximum available recycling torque of the motor is judged; if yes, a motor controller is requested to conduct braking energy recovery according to the constant-speed function braking force requirement; and if not, the motor controller is preferentially requested to conduct braking energy recovery, and then an external braking pressure request is sent to the electronic braking controller. Intelligent constant-speed control of the vehicle is achieved by controlling and intervening the electric regenerative braking torque and the basic braking torque, and the problem caused by the poor sliding energy recovery control effect of the pure electric vehicle under the long slope working condition is solved.

    本发明属于车辆控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于整车控制器的纯电动车辆下长坡恒速控制方法及系统,方法包括:车辆激活长下坡恒速功能时,对实现恒速功能目标车速所需基准制动力进行实时解算;将基准制动力作为前馈输入进行PID控制得到修正后的目标制动力;判断目标制动力是否小于或等于电机当前实时最大可用回收扭矩;若是,则根据恒速功能制动力需求请求电机控制器进行制动能量回收;若否,则优先请求电机控制器进行制动能量回收,之后向电子制动控制器进行外部制动压力请求。本发明通过进行电力再生制动扭矩与基础制动扭矩的控制干预,实现车辆的智能恒速控制,解决纯电动车辆下长坡工况滑行能量回收控制效果差产生的问题。
