The invention discloses an electric vehicle slope control method based on a vehicle control unit. The electric vehicle slope control method comprises the following steps that firstly, four rotating speed values of a motor are set, and a VCU detects the overall state of a vehicle and detects whether the rotating speed N1 meets the requirement of entering a slope; a slope control motor smoothly increases or decreases output torque and performs torque amplitude limiting, when the rotating speed N2 is reached, the motor output torque is used as the maximum output torque to control the motor to accelerate or decelerate, and when the rotating speed N3 is reached and the VCU calibration torque is not received, the VCU automatically finds a power balance point of output of the motor; and whether the rotating speed N4 is reached or not in a non-slope manner is judged, if not, operation is carried out according to a calibration instruction, it yes, the motor torque of the motor is compared withthe calibration torque, operation is carried out according to the calibration torque if the calibration torque is larger than the motor torque, and the output torque of the motor is smoothly controlled if the calibration torque is not larger than the motor torque. By means of the method, the vehicle can be smoothly started and stopped, starting and stopping actions are simplified, the vehicle is free of sudden rushing and shaking, and the driving comfort, operability, safety and the like of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于整车控制器的电动汽车坡行控制方法,其首先设定电机的四个转速值,VCU检测车辆整体状态以及转速N1是否满足进入坡行;坡行控制电机平滑增加或减速输出转矩,并进行转矩限幅值,当到达转速N2,以电机输出转矩为最大输出转矩控制电机加速或减速,当到达转速N3且没有收到VCU标定转矩时,VCU自动寻找电机输出的功率平衡点;非坡行判断是否到达转速N4,若不是则按标定指令,若是则比较电机电机转矩与标定转矩,标定转矩大于电机转矩按标定转矩,反之平滑控制电机输出转矩。该方法使得车辆平滑起步,平滑停靠,简化起步和停车动作,车辆无急冲、无抖动,提高了整车驾驶舒适性,易操作性和安全性等。
