The invention discloses an automobile power assembly semi-active suspension system and a control method thereof. The automobile power assembly semi-active suspension system comprises a side suspension connected between the side portion of an automobile body and the side portion of a power assembly and an anti-torsion suspension connected between the front portion of the power assembly and the front portion of the automobile body. A side suspension air cavity capable of being compressed or stretched in the height direction of the automobile body is formed in the side suspension, and an anti-torsion suspension air cavity capable of being compressed or stretched in the length direction of the automobile body is formed in the anti-torsion suspension. The side suspension air cavity and the anti-torsion suspension air cavity are each connected with a control switch used for controlling the cavities to be connected or disconnected with the atmosphere. The semi-active three-point pendulum type suspension system is arranged on the vehicle body, the air cavity is formed in the suspension, the control switch actively controls connection and disconnection between the air cavity and the atmosphere, and the suspension system with low rigidity and high damping or small rigidity and low damping can be selectively provided for the vehicle body; therefore, the requirements of the vehicle on the suspension rigidity under different working conditions are met.
本发明公开了一种汽车动力总成半主动悬置系统及其控制方法,包括连接于车身的侧部与动力总成的侧部之间的侧悬置,以及,连接于动力总成的前部与车身的前部之间的抗扭悬置;侧悬置内设置有可沿车身高度方向进行压缩或拉伸的侧悬空气腔,抗扭悬置内设置有可沿车身长度方向进行压缩或拉伸的抗扭悬空气腔;侧悬空气腔和抗扭悬空气腔分别连接有一个用于控制腔体与大气连通或断开的控制开关。本发明通过在车身上布置半主动的三点钟摆式悬置系统,在悬置内部设置空气腔,由控制开关主动控制空气腔与大气的通断,可以选择性的为车身提供低刚度、高阻尼或小刚度、低阻尼的悬置系统,从而满足车辆在不同工况下对悬置刚度的需求。
