The invention provides a tire pressure sensor detection method, a tire pressure sensor and a vehicle, the tire pressure sensor is located on a wheel of the vehicle, the tire pressure sensor comprises a charging coil, the detection method comprises the steps that when the vehicle is in a running state, the rotating speed of the wheel is determined according to induction current generated when the charging coil cuts a magnetic induction line, magnetic induction lines are generated by the electromagnetic coil, and the charging coil and the electromagnetic coil move relatively when the vehicle is in a running state; according to the difference degree between the rotating speed of a driving motor of the vehicle and the rotating speed of the wheels, the working state of the tire pressure sensor is determined, and the driving motor corresponds to the wheels. Therefore, the charging coil and the electromagnetic coil move relatively, so that the charging coil generates induction current, the rotating speed of the wheel is determined through the induction current, and the working state of the tire pressure sensor is determined according to the difference degree between the rotating speed of the driving motor and the rotating speed of the wheel. The risk that the tire pressure cannot be detected in time due to abnormity of the tire pressure sensor can be relieved.
