The invention relates to the field of vehicles, in particular to a vehicle tire pressure detection method, a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, a tire pressure sensor and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target communication mode of a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to a vehicle state, and controlling the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal to enter the target communication mode; a communication mode instruction is sent to the tire pressure sensor, and the communication mode instruction is used for controlling the tire pressure sensor to enter a target communication mode; if the tire pressure information sent by the tire pressure sensor is received, whether the vehicle tire is abnormal or not is determined according to the tire pressure information. Therefore, the communication mode of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal and the tire pressure sensor can adapt to the actual state of the vehicle, so that the energy consumption in the communication process of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal and the tire pressure sensor is reduced, and the service life of equipment is prolonged; whether the vehicle tire is abnormal or not can be determined through the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, and then the safety of vehicle driving is ensured.
