The invention relates to an intelligent scheduling and path planning system for unattended screw ship unloaders, and the system specifically comprises the following modules: a task distribution module which employs a task distribution strategy based on a genetic algorithm, and distributes tasks to corresponding screw ship unloaders according to ship unloading task demands; the path planning module is provided with a path construction unit and a path search unit; the execution control module is provided with a motion control motor and an operation execution screw mechanism and is used for receiving a path planning instruction; the environment monitoring module is provided with an infrared thermal imaging camera and a multispectral imager; the data communication module is used for mutually connecting the modules through a high-speed communication network by adopting a wired connection mode and a wireless connection mode; and the safety protection module is provided with a laser radar and an ultrasonic sensor. According to the invention, the problems of unreasonable task allocation, inaccurate path planning and inaccurate execution control of the existing common unattended system are solved.

    本发明涉及一种无人值守螺旋卸船机的智能调度与路径规系统,具体包括以下模块:任务分配模块,采用基于遗传算法的任务分配策略,根据卸船任务需求,将任务分配给相应的螺旋卸船机;路径规划模块,设置有路径构建单元以及路径搜索单元;执行控制模块,设置有运动控制电机,以及作业执行螺旋机构,接收路径规划指令;环境监测模块,设置有红外热成像相机以及多光谱成像仪;数据通信模块,采用有线连接和无线连接方式,将各个模块之间通过高速通信网络进行相互连接;安全防护模块,设置有激光雷达和超声波传感器。本发明解决了现有常见的无人值守系统存在任务分配不合理、路径规划不精确、执行控制不精准的问题。
