The invention discloses a force characteristic measuring device for a stern plate type water-jet propeller model. The force characteristic measuring device comprises a ship body model, a propelling system fixing device, a water-jet propelling system, a force characteristic measuring system and a standard weight calibration device. On the basis of flexible connection of the stern plate type water-jet propeller model and the ship body, the water-jet propeller model is further rigidly fixed through the propelling system fixing device and the rigid piezoelectric type force measuring table, additional external force and shaking of the propeller model are eliminated, the stress transmission path of the propeller model is optimized, and the stability of the propeller model is improved. Additional force generated when water flow impacts an inlet flange of the stern plate type water-jet propeller model is eliminated through the flexible sealing rectifying plate, inflow of the stern plate type water-jet propeller model is rectified, and accurate and direct measurement of force and torque of the stern plate type water-jet propeller model in the x-axis direction, the y-axis direction and the z-axis direction is achieved. The multi-component force characteristic rule data of the stern plate type water-jet propeller can be obtained, and the measuring device is compact in structure, high in measuring precision and high in reliability.

    本发明公开了一种艉板式喷水推进器模型力特性测量装置,包括船体模型、推进系统固定装置、喷水推进系统、力特性测量系统和标准砝码校准装置。本发明在艉板式喷水推进器模型与船体柔性连接的基础上,进一步通过推进系统固定装置和刚性压电式测力台对喷水推进器模型进行刚性固定,消除了推进器模型的附加外力和晃动,优化了推进器模型受力传递路径,利用柔性密封整流板消除了水流冲击艉板式喷水推进器模型进口法兰产生的附加力,并对艉板式喷水推进器模型的进流进行了整流,实现艉板式喷水推进器模型在x轴、y轴和z轴三个方向上的力和力矩的精确直接测量,可获得艉板式喷水推进器多分量力特性规律数据,测量装置结构紧凑、测量精度高且可靠性强。
