A multi-winch linkage oil extraction method is achieved through an amplification oil way, the amplification oil way comprises a variable pump station, an oil tank, winch assemblies, a valve body assembly and a first signal amplifier, the input end of the variable pump station is connected with the output end of the oil tank, and the output end of the variable pump station is connected with the input end of the first signal amplifier and the input ends of the multiple winch assemblies. The valve body assemblies are connected with the winch assembly, feedback oil ways are arranged on the valve body assemblies, the adjacent feedback oil ways are connected in series, the feedback oil way of one valve body assembly is connected with the control end of the first signal amplifier, and the output end of the first signal amplifier is connected with the control end of the variable pump station. The multi-winch linkage oil extraction method comprises the steps that the feedback oil ways of the adjacent valve body assemblies are connected in series and connected with the first signal amplifier, and the variable pump station is controlled through the first signal amplifier. The invention aims to solve the problem of taking oil from an oil tank when multiple winches are linked.

    一种多绞盘联动的取油方法,由放大油路实现,放大油路包括变量泵站、油箱、绞盘组件、阀体组件和第一信号放大器,变量泵站的输入端与油箱的输出端连接,变量泵站的输出端与第一信号放大器的输入端和多个绞盘组件的输入端连接,阀体组件与绞盘组件连接,在阀体组件上设置有反馈油路,相邻的反馈油路串联,其中一阀体组件的反馈油路与第一信号放大器的控制端连接,第一信号放大器的输出端与变量泵站的控制端连接。多绞盘联动的取油方法为:通过将相邻的阀体组件的反馈油路串联起来并与第一信号放大器连接,通过第一信号放大器控制变量泵站。本发明要解决的问题是多绞盘之间联动时从油箱取油的问题。
