According to the intelligent jacking control method and system for the RH refining steel ladle, aiming at the intelligent jacking control technology for the steel ladle in the RH vacuum refining process, when the steel ladle reaches a treatment position, a hydraulic jacking frame automatically jacks the steel ladle to a preset height in two steps according to the heights of molten steel levels of different heat numbers and the erosion condition of dip pipes, vacuumizing is started, and the steel ladle is automatically jacked to the preset height in two steps; and the steel ladle is automatically jacked to the optimal position again, intelligent jacking of the steel ladle is achieved, and the optimal vacuum smelting effect is achieved. The jacking height error is +/-50 mm, the manual intervention jacking process is zero, the accidents of slag absorption and gas lifting pipeline burning do not occur, the molten steel annular flow in the vacuum refining process is kept stable, the metallurgical effect is remarkable and stable, and key technical support is provided for RH whole-process intelligent steelmaking.

    本发明公开了一种RH精炼钢包智能顶升控制方法及系统,针对RH真空精炼过程的钢包智能顶升控制工艺,钢包到达处理位时,根据不同炉次的钢液面高度及浸渍管侵蚀情况,液压顶升框架将钢包分两步自动顶升至预定高度,抽真空开始,再次自动顶升至最佳位置,实现钢包智能顶升,达到最佳的真空冶炼效果。顶升高度误差±50mm,人工干预顶升过程为0,无吸渣和烧提升气管路的事故发生,真空精炼过程钢液环流量保持稳定,冶金效果显著且稳定,为RH全流程智能炼钢提供关键技术支撑。
