According to the deviation rectifying method for the portal crane, a deflector rod and a limiting device are arranged in a main beam of the crane, and the deflector rod is fixed above the limiting device in a suspended mode through a fixing support. A U-shaped frame type trigger is arranged at the end of the driving lever, the limiting device is provided with a supporting plate, and two sound-light alarm travel switches, two power supply travel switches and two displacement encoders are fixed on the supporting plate. The displacement encoder is triggered by the deviation of the driving lever, the displacement encoder is in signal connection with the PLC, and when the deviation of the flexible leg relative to the reference point reaches the span of 2 per mill of a preset threshold value, the sound-light alarm travel switch is adjusted to be in a triggered state, and sound-light alarm is carried out; and when the deviation of the flexible leg relative to the reference point reaches 0.3% span of a preset threshold value, the power supply travel switch is adjusted to a trigger state, and automatic power off is realized. According to the method, an electrical system does not need to be adjusted, automatic deviation correction is achieved, when deviation reaches the preset threshold value due to special reasons or emergencies, equipment can be automatically stopped, and the threshold values of the deviation correction system in different deviation stages are adjusted.

    一种门式起重机纠偏方法,在起重机主梁内部设置有拨杆和限位装置,拨杆通过固定支架悬空固定在限位装置上方。拨杆端部带有U型框架式触发器,限位装置带有支撑板,支撑板上固定有两个声光报警行程开关、两个电源行程开关及两个位移编码器。拨杆的偏移触发位移编码器,位移编码器与PLC信号连接,当柔性腿相对基准点的偏差达到预设阈值2‰跨度时,调整声光报警行程开关至触发状态,进行声光报警;当柔性腿相对基准点的偏差达到预设阈值3‰跨度时,调整电源行程开关至触发状态,自动断电。本发明无需调整电气系统,实现自动纠偏,当由于特殊原因或突发事件导致偏差达到预设的阈值时,能够使设备自动停止,实现调整纠偏系统在不同偏差阶段的阈值。
