The invention discloses a large portal crane deviation rectifying method based on a multi-voting algorithm. The large portal crane deviation rectifying method based on the multi-voting algorithm is characterized by comprising the steps that signal checking is conducted on a plurality of encoders which are arranged on portal legs on the two sides of the portal crane by means of the voting algorithm; when the number of the encoders, smaller than the tolerance, on the portal leg on one side is larger than the number of the encoders, larger than the tolerance, on the portal leg on the side, it is judged that the photoelectric encoders pass the signal checking, and automatic deviation rectifying control of walking of a large portal crane is conducted through a programmable logic controller (PLC) according to the value difference of the encoders of the portal legs on the two sides of the portal crane; and otherwise, it is judged that a system breaks down, an alarm is given, and people are reminded that errors exist on the photoelectric encoders. Compared with the prior art, the large portal crane deviation rectifying method based on the multi-voting algorithm has the advantages that data are reliable, false alarms of the system are reduced, and error code data of the encoders are effectively eliminated; particularly, no magnet needs to be mounted on the ground, the manufacturing and constructing cost is further reduced, errors caused by deformation of a foundation settlement track are avoided, equipment use and maintenance are facilitated, and production safety and production efficiency are greatly improved.
