Through the structural design of rigid-flexible conversion, coaxial reverse rotation and the like, reliable hoisting of a load is achieved, the working intensity of operators is relieved, the stability, reliability and safety of the hoisting tool are improved, intelligent adjustment of the transverse and circumferential positions of a hoisting point can be effectively achieved, the hoisting efficiency is improved, and meanwhile certain universality is achieved; the system has the advantages of ingenious structure, high precision, high reliability, high intelligent degree and the like.

    本发明提供了一种智能化吊具装置,包括用于连接起重设备的连接座;所述连接座装在回转机构上,回转机构两侧均通过吊点调节机构连接有机械臂,吊点调节机构内有横向调节机构和周向调节机构,两侧的机械臂上均装有信号处理组合;横向调节机构为多连杆结构,通过电机驱动机械臂横向展开或收缩;周向调节机构为同轴反转结构,通过电机驱动机械臂沿回转机构周向展开或收缩。本发明通过刚柔转化、同轴反转等结构设计,实现对负载的可靠吊装,减轻操作人员工作强度,提高吊具的稳定性、可靠性和安全性,并能有效实现对吊点横向和周向位置的智能调节,提高吊装效率,同时具有一定的通用性;具有结构巧妙、精度高、可靠性强、智能化程度高等优点。
