The invention discloses an elevator system fault diagnosis method and device, and the method comprises the steps: respectively monitoring x-axis, y-axis and z-axis vibration signals through a mobile terminal fixed in an elevator in the starting, acceleration, constant speed, deceleration and stop states of the elevator; time domain features and frequency domain features in the vibration signals are extracted, the time domain features comprise variance, root mean square and kurtosis factors of the vibration signals, and the frequency domain features comprise frequency spectrum energy features obtained through wavelet packet decomposition and elevator frequency features; carrying out fault classification on the time domain features and the frequency domain features by adopting a support vector machine; quantizing the contribution degree of each feature in the time domain feature and the frequency domain feature by adopting a Sharpley value; according to the sequence of the contribution degrees from large to small, key features used for fault diagnosis are obtained through screening; and according to the key features, fault diagnosis is conducted on the elevator through the support vector machine.

    本发明公开了一种电梯系统故障诊断方法及装置,包括在电梯启动、加速、匀速、减速和停止状态,通过该电梯中固定的移动终端,分别监测x轴、y轴和z轴振动信号;提取该振动信号中的时域特征和频域特征,其中该时域特征包括该振动信号的方差、均方根、峰度因子,该频域特征包括通过小波包分解得到的频谱能量特征以及电梯频率特征;采用支持向量机对该时域特征和频域特征进行故障分类;采用夏普利值量化该时域特征和该频域特征中每个特征的贡献度;根据该贡献度从大到小的顺序,筛选得到用于故障诊断的关键特征;以及根据该关键特征,采用该支持向量机对该电梯进行故障诊断。
