The invention discloses an elevator fault diagnosis system and method, and relates to the technical field of elevators, the elevator fault diagnosis system comprises an acquisition system, a communication system and a processing system.The acquisition system is used for acquiring data information of an elevator; the communication system is used for transmitting and processing data acquired by the acquisition system; and the processing system is used for analyzing and processing the data of the elevator and feeding back the monitored abnormal data to a user in time. According to the elevator fault diagnosis system and method, the gyroscope sensing module is adopted to monitor the height, the speed and the acceleration of the elevator on line, interference of the outside to data collection is effectively avoided, error accumulation is reduced, the accuracy of monitored data is greatly improved, meanwhile, the diagnosis method utilizes a linear programming method, and the diagnosis accuracy is improved. Fusion processing is carried out on all elevator fault signal features, after fusion, fault points of the elevator are judged through the positioning sensing module, and therefore safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种升降机故障诊断系统及方法,本发明涉及升降机技术领域,包括采集系统和通信系统和处理系统,其中:所述采集系统用于采集升降机的数据信息;所述通信系统用于传递和处理采集系统所采集的数据;所述处理系统用于对升降机的数据进行分析和处理,并将监测到的异常数据及时反馈给用户。该升降机故障诊断系统及方法,采用陀螺仪传感模块对升降机的高度、速度和加速度进行在线监测,有效的避免了外界对数据采集造成的干扰,减少了误差累计,大大提高了监测数据的准确性,同时该诊断方法利用线性规划的方法,对所有升降机故障信号特征进行融合处理,融合后通过定位传感模块从而判断出升降机的故障点,从而提高安全性。
