The invention discloses an automatic driving safe driving control method, which has the main design conception that during the driving of a vehicle, the distance between the vehicle and an object in front of the vehicle and the acceleration of a current road section are evaluated in real time through a sensing layer; according to the distance and the accelerated speed, the maximum safety braking distance and the maximum safety driving speed are continuously evaluated; and when it is monitored that the distance is smaller than the maximum safety braking distance, or it is monitored that the current vehicle speed is larger than the maximum safety driving vehicle speed, dynamic and active speed reduction control is conducted on the vehicle through a control layer. The method can be suitable for L1-L5-level automatic driving vehicles, the safe driving speed and the safe driving distance are dynamically controlled according to road conditions, further, in relatively low-level automatic driving vehicles, manual operation factors of a driver can be taken into consideration, and the safety of the driver and passengers is guaranteed by introducing reaction time delay.
本发明公开了一种自动驾驶安全行车控制方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,在车辆行驶中,实时通过感知层评估与自车前方物体的间距以及当前路段的加速度;根据所述间距及所述加速度,持续评估最大安全制动距离及最大安全行驶车速;当监测到所述间距小于所述最大安全制动距离,或监测到当前车速大于所述最大安全行驶车速时,通过控制层对车辆进行动态且主动的降速控制。本发明可适用于L1~L5级自动驾驶车辆,使其根据路况动态控制安全行驶速度以及安全驾驶距离,而进一步地,在相对较低级别的自动驾驶车辆中,同时也可以兼顾到驾驶员的人为操作因素,通过引入反应时延以保证驾乘人员的安全。
