The method comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time vehicle behavior data and historical vehicle behavior monitoring data; generating a historical vehicle behavior monitoring sequence based on the historical vehicle behavior monitoring data; performing probability calculation on the historical vehicle behavior monitoring sequence, and constructing a vehicle action probability distribution diagram; time trajectory evolution is carried out based on the vehicle action probability distribution diagram, so that a behavior time sequence evolution trajectory is obtained; performing user preference mining on the behavior time sequence evolution trajectory, and constructing a behavior feature map; and performing abnormal behavior comprehensive evaluation on the real-time vehicle behavior data based on the behavior characteristic spectrum, and generating a behavior abnormal evaluation result which comprises a normal vehicle state and an abnormal vehicle state. According to the invention, self-adaptive and high-safety anti-theft starting battery control is realized.
